How to choose the appropriate temperature and humidity test chamber for your product

Faced with a wide variety of environmental testing equipment on the market, many enterprise users often feel confused when choosing. As one of the most commonly used environmental testing equipment, how to choose a suitable model for one’s own product for the temperature and humidity test chamber? The Zhongke Dali technical team has sorted out several key considerations for you:

1. Clarify testing requirements
Firstly, it is necessary to determine the testing standards that the product needs to meet, such as IEC 60068, ISO 16750, MIL-STD-810, etc. Different industry standards have different requirements for temperature range, temperature change rate, testing duration, etc.

2. Determine the size of the working chamber
The size of the testing chamber should be selected based on the volume of the product to be tested. It is generally recommended that the product volume does not exceed 20% -35% of the effective working space of the test chamber, while ensuring sufficient airflow circulation space between the product and the chamber wall.

3. Pay attention to temperature range and accuracy
The temperature requirements vary greatly among different products. The conventional testing range is usually -40 ℃ to 150 ℃, while special industries such as aerospace may require a low temperature environment of -70 ℃. Temperature fluctuations, uniformity, and other indicators directly affect the reliability of test results.
